If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with The Naked Wallet® cash and card holder, you may return it within 30-days from date of purchase for a full refund. But first you must contact a representative at customerservice@nakedwallet.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RA).
The Naked Wallet, Inc will not accept deliveries without an RA number for security and processing reasons or after 30 days from date of purchase. You will also need to return the product(s) via certified mail or some other mechanism that requires the signature of our staff.
